"Sorted it out way faster than I expected"
I had a small issue with my order and just fired off an email while I was making a coffee, not really expecting much back. To my surprise they replied the same day and got everything sorted with no drama at all. It was just really easy, which I appreciated a lot. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Packed really well"
My Sugar and Crumbs order arrived perfectly. No leaks. Nothing squashed. Packaging was sturdy but not excessive. Really neat. You can tell they care. Happy with it.

I had to guess a bit at what I was buying because the product info wasn’t very clear. I’ll take some blame for not digging around more before ordering, but the description definitely could’ve been easier to understand.

"Good results in my bakes"
Well... I used this for cupcakes and buttercream and they turned out really nice. The flavor came through well without messing up the texture, which was great. I did have to guess a bit on how much to use, but overall I’m happy with it.

"So Many Choices, How Terrible"
The range of flavours and baking bits is ridiculously good. I found stuff I’ve been hunting for everywhere else with zero luck, because apparently that was too much to ask from normal shops. Definitely ordering again.

"Hit or miss recently"
I’ve had mixed experiences with this lately. Sometimes the quality is really good and I’m happy with it, but other times it feels disappointing. I want to like it, but it’s been a bit too inconsistent for me recently

Everything I ordered was actually in the box, which is always a relief. No missing pieces, no random wrong items, and it all showed up exactly how I picked it. Just had that gut feeling it was going to be a smooth order, and it was. Really happy with it

"Always seem to have what I’m looking for"
I’ve ordered from Sugar and Crumbs a few times now, and what I really like is that they usually have the flavours and little baking bits I need in stock, even when I’ve struggled to find them elsewhere.
It makes life so much easier when I’m baking at the last minute. The whole experience was smooth too, the site was easy to use and my order went through without any hassle. I’d happily use them again...

"good value and I’d buy again"
I’m really pleased with these for the price. the icing sugar flavours come through nicely, so you don’t need to use loads, and the delivery cost wasn’t ridiculous either. I’ve ordered twice now and both times it felt like better value than buying from local shops.

"Really fast delivery"
Ordered few bits and they showed up much quicker than I thought they would. Everything was packed nice too, no issues at all. Really happy with the delivery and I’ll deffo use sugarandcrumbs again
